Step 4: Precision Carbonization
- Firing: Continuous carbonization at 500–700°C for 30 to 45 days under the strict supervision of master kiln operators.
- Cooling: A 10-to-15-day natural anaerobic (oxygen-free) cooling phase stabilizes the charcoal’s molecular structure to prevent cracking.
Step 5: Products are stored in fully sealed, humidity-regulated environments to prevent moisture and ambient gas absorption.
Step 6: Charcoal is cut and sieved precisely to client specifications. We offer full Private Label (OEM) support to help build your own brand identity.
Step 7: Strategically located warehouses near major maritime hubs ensure optimized freight rates and rapid dispatch:
