Helpie FAQ
- Is Lamian Global capable of meeting customized packaging requirements (OEM/Private Label) under the partner's own brand?
Yes. We provide comprehensive, turn-key OEM/ODM solutions. Partners can fully customize everything from packaging specifications to branding design:
- Carton Boxes: 3kg, 6kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg (with custom logo and brand color printing).
- PP Bags & Paper Bags: Ranging from 3kg to 20kg, reinforced with moisture resistance for long-distance maritime transport.
- What is the factory's monthly supply capacity, and what is the average lead time for an order?
Thanks to our optimized operational workflows and massive warehousing system, Lamian maintains stable production capacity year-round, even during the rainy season.
- Average Lead Time: Approximately 14–21 working days for the first 20ft/40ft container (including new packaging printing time). Subsequent recurring contract orders will be streamlined for faster delivery.
- Which seaports in Vietnam does Lamian Global typically export through? What benefits does this multi-port flexibility offer to partners?
We flexibly export through the three largest seaports in Vietnam to optimize freight rates and shorten transit times:
- Asian Markets: Shipped via Cat Lai Port (Ho Chi Minh City), Da Nang Port, and Hai Phong Port.
- Middle East, Europe & Americas Markets: Primarily focused on Cat Lai Port and Hai Phong Port.
Benefit for partners: This multi-port flexibility allows Lamian to dispatch goods from the nearest source, minimizing inland trucking costs and selecting the most competitive routing and freight rates for our clients.
- Which Incoterms and international payment methods are most commonly applied by Lamian?
Incoterms: Most commonly FOB (at Vietnamese ports) or CIF/CFR (delivered to the buyer’s destination port).
Payment Methods: We apply two standard international methods to protect both parties: T/T (advance deposit, with the remaining balance paid upon presentation of the Bill of Lading copy) or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
- Does Lamian Global offer any market protection policies or special support for exclusive distributors?
Absolutely. We aim for long-term strategic partnerships. Once a partner commits to a minimum volume target (KPI) per quarter/year, Lamian will:
- Sign an exclusive distribution contract for the specific brand/geographic region.
- Commit to price stability to the maximum extent against raw material market fluctuations.
- Provide free product samples to support the partner’s market research and testing campaigns.
- Charcoal is classified as Dangerous Goods (DG - Class 4.2). How does Lamian Global handle these procedures to ensure smooth customs clearance?
We possess extensive experience in handling logistics for this sensitive commodity. Lamian Global provides full and valid international legal documentation, including:
- MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
- Self-Heating Test Report from reputable independent organizations (Vilas/SGS).
Our container stuffing process strictly complies with maritime safety standards to ensure 100% acceptance by major shipping lines (Booking approval) and smooth customs clearance at the destination port.

- How does Lamian Global source its wood materials to ensure sustainability and top-tier quality?
We possess a significant competitive advantage thanks to our extensive network in key forestry and industrial crop regions across Vietnam. All wood materials (Coffee, Acacia, Longan, Mahogany, Casuarina, etc.) are legally harvested at their optimal lifespan and comply with strict size standards. Mature, dense-core wood is the core factor that enables Lamian’s charcoal to achieve high carbon density and prolonged burning time.
