• Step 1: Our deep network across Vietnam’s coastal plantations guarantees a continuous, stable supply of premium Casuarina wood year-round.
• Step 2: Timber is strictly graded and cut to exact specifications to ensure the finished Casuarina charcoal achieves maximum structural durability and low ash content.
• Step 3: With over 500 affiliated carbonization facilities nationwide, we optimize local transport and production times to deliver the most competitive market prices.
• Step 4: Controlled Carbonization
  • Firing: Baked at 500 – 700°C for 30–45 days by expert operators to ensure uniform quality.
  • Cooling: Sealed for 10–15 days of anaerobic natural cooling to stabilize the charcoal structure and prevent cracking.
• Step 5: Stored in strictly climate-controlled, enclosed environments to prevent moisture absorption and maintain batch consistency.
• Step 6: Charcoal is precision-cut, sieved for uniformity, and packed. We offer full OEM support to help build your private label.
• Step 7: Strategically located near major maritime hubs for fast dispatch and flexible routing:
  • Asia: Shipped via Da Nang, Cat Lai, and Hai Phong ports.
  • Middle East: Shipped via Hai Phong and Cat Lai ports.
